This summer I’ve embraced the pleasure of gardening – specifically vegetables. This year, I took over the tomato and courgette growing cap, and so far, it’s going well.
Back in April I planted these little seeds, not knowing if they would grow.
It’s a funny thing, growing vegetables. You put your hope and faith in this tiny little seed, water it faithfully, and then wait… and hope….
My courgettes for instance, began like this, potted in the greenhouse:
And now I’ve got this:
And they’re getting bigger every day! I have lots of little courgettes growing too, which is really exciting. I can’t wait to try them.
It was easy: all I needed was the seeds, some pots to plant them in, water daily, and then lots of space to plant them out.
