Sometimes there’s nothing better than a pure, fresh smoothie – or milkshake.
I like the simple ones the best – strawberry and banana, mixed with milk (and a bit of ice), blending together, creating the perfect mid morning snack.
All it needs is a ripe banana, a handful of strawberries, both chopped up, and some milk. If you like add some ice cubes, and then blitz away. You may want to add more fruit or more milk depending on the sort of consistency you like.
