Sea Stories - a Monthly Creative Writing Challenge hosted on Sea, Earth, Sky

Sea Stories: April

Sea Stories has been a little quiet recently, but with the changing of the clocks and the beginning, finally, of Spring, it’s time to kick off the writing challenges again.

So, without further ado, let’s crack on with the theme for April.

SEAWEED

We eat it, we cook it, we make art with it. It washes up on shore, it wraps about ropes and gets caught on your shoes. Using the prompt as a starting point, write a short piece or a poem – or whatever you fancy. Let it take you wherever you want!

Some pictures to inspire you:

Just a few to get you going!

Please make sure to link to your pieces in the comments, and don’t forget to use the tag, Sea Stories. I look forward to reading your pieces.
